As per the attached COMSUITE email, the rules for creating a COMSUITE login password have changed as of March 10, 2025, to comply with security regulations.    

 

1. Affected Customers    

All customers using COMSUITE Portal    

 

2. Schedule    

From Monday, March 10, 2025 (JST)    

 

3. Detail of the Change    

[Current rule]    

Passwords must be 8-16 characters long and include the following three types of characters:    

(i) Numbers 0-9    

(ii) Alphabet letters A-Z and/or a-z (Passwords are case-sensitive)    

(iii) Symbols ! # % & ' ( ) + - = ? _    

 

[New rule]    

Passwords must be 8-16 characters long and include the following three types of characters:    

 

(i) Numbers 0-9    

(ii) Alphabet letters A-Z and a-z    

(Please ensure to use both uppercase and lowercase characters)    

(iii) Symbols ! # % & ' ( ) + - = ? _    

 

4. Important Notes    

Existing passwords may be used as per currently registered.    

When registering new password or changing password, please create a password according to the new rule.    

Error message will be displayed if both uppercase and lowercase characters are not used after March 10, 2025.
