On Dec 01, 2022, MUFG Americas Holdings Corporation completed the sale of all shares of MUFG Union Bank, N.A. to U.S. Bancorp. As a result of this sale, Mitsubishi UFJ Financial Group, Inc. and MUFG Bank, Ltd. no longer have a capital relationship with MUFG Union Bank, N.A.
